We are adult educators, trainers and coaches. Our clients are adult education schools and organizations, K-12 public and private schools who sponsor parent training and parent university courses, community college career and technical education units, workforce development agencies, and private sector businesses. We provide services as independent contractor consultants, in English and Spanish.
Today's workers needs to improve basic work skills in order to optimize performance in an increasingly competitive and global workforce. Workers need education, training, and coaching to improve English, math, financial literacy, Internet technology and digital literacy, advance computing skills, improve interpersonal communication and family life.
Many of our students/participants are employed in entry level jobs, but lack skills to move up. Some are foster parents or grandparents raising children in a technology rich world they know little about, and need to learn. Others are older workers who find themselves unable to retire or need to start second careers. They are the employed, the unemployed, the underemployed, and those who have simply given up looking for work. Age 18 to 70's, our students are parents, college students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who need help to achieve their dreams.
Through individual and family coaching and training, we help them engage in life and make a commitment to life long learning. Once they begin "The 12 Powers of Family Business" training, they are able to lead themselves and family members to more successful, healthy, and productive lives.
